| I am very grateful to the many people that have contributed and continue to contribute to the development of this website. This section is dedicated to people that contributed coins, tokens, medals or who provided images for use here, furnished literature, information, advice or encouragement. Why would anyone do that? I suppose for some it was a desire to contribute to the knowledge-base this site can represent. Maybe some thought I would appreciate the items more than they would. I think it is simply because coin, token and medal collectors are the most gregarious, generous and helpful people on the planet. The one person who has contributed the most to the development of this website is Wolfgang Haeupler of Austria. He has contributed coins, tokens, medals, plaques, pictures, literature and information. Far too much material to be singled out on this page but the entire site exists in large part due to his friendship, help and encouragement. Kirsten Petersen, Director International Markets Austrian Mint, and Mag. Bernhard Urban Marketing Austrian Mint and Franz Artmüller, Marketing Austrian Mint; the three above furnished information, literature and or images. Dr. Hubert Emmerig of the Institut für Numismatik und Geldgeschichte der Universität in Vienna furnished literature. http://www.univie.ac.at/Numismatik/ Mag. Dr. Heinz Winter, Munzkabinett, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Austrian F.I.D.E.M. delegate, furnished information and images. Prof. (and Professional Artist) Helmut Zobl of Austria furnished information. |
